FT CH/CH FOWINGTON SLEZAK

Pictured right at 18 months of age is FT CH/CH FOWINGTON SLEZAK, the UK's first dual champion since 1922. Bred by Geraldine O'Driscoll, owned by Peter & Geraldine O'Driscoll, Slezak was the result of a mating of the imported FT Ch GERO VON HOHENSTAUFEN to FLEETSTALK ILLUSIVE OF FOWINGTON. He won his first CC at 18 months of age at Border Union under Jon Kean (Traigmhor), going on to gain his title at the age of 2 years. He went on to great success in the field, culminating in his gaining his FT Ch title at the Pointer Club's Open Stake in July 1995.
